& Creative director
From an early age, Raezavel Argulla knew that working in the fashion industry was her ultimate dream. Starting with fashion illustrations, she yearned to become a clothing designer in grade school. However, Raez eventually traded in her designer dreams towards a career as a photographer when she discovered the art in high school. Her direction towards a career in fashion photography solidified when she founded her own fashion blog in 2008. From her five-year run as the teenage fashion blogger behind Cheap Thrills, Raez learned a solid set of skills in writing, social media, collaboration and self-promotion–even landing features on Breakfast Television Winnipeg, TeenVogue.com, and FLARE Magazine, all by the age of 18.
Today, Raez is a Ryerson University graduate who holds a B.Des with honours in Fashion Communication. She is currently a freelance photographer / stylist / creative director whose work focuses on the female narrative, cultural diversity and originality.
